Built in 2004, ‘Greenshields’ is a boutique heritage conversion style building located at 345 Water Street. The 22 suites in this building feature maple hardwood floors, exposed brick, and stunning 8’9” and 11” concrete ceilings. Designed by Alda Pereira, some architectural elements can still be found in a few units like the in-set working mounts. North facing units at ‘Greenshields’ have spectacular views of Canada Place, the cruise ship terminal, and the North Shore Mountains. South-facing units look out to the tourists and action of Water street.
Aside from being a 5-minute walking distance from the Waterfront Skytrain Station, ‘Greenshields’ is conveniently located beside some of Gaston’s favourite restaurants like ‘Pourhouse’, ‘Water St. Cafe’, ‘L’Abattoir’ and ‘Tacofino’.
