The ‘Domus’ was developed by Qualex-Landmark, who also developed the sought-after ‘Pomaria’ building at 1455 Howe Street.
It’s located on one of the best blocks of Homer Street. The building has a rear lobby on the laneway in addition to the Homer Street lobby, which has an impact with its super high ceilings and giant designer light fixture. On the second floor, there is a well-equipped gym with a yoga/stretching area. The gym equipment looks quite new. There is ample and varied gym equipment. There are two changing rooms, as well. There is a party room that includes a lounge, kitchen, sofas and seating, and a dining table. There is also an exterior courtyard attached to the party room (in addition to the second common outdoor area). The building also has a guest suite and on-site caretaker. The building’s interiors were thoughtfully designed by Robert Ledingham
