Welcome to ‘Corus’! This is a modern, yet timeless residential building on the grounds of the University of British Columbia (UBC). Located right beside the ‘Iona Building’, one of UBC’s landmark buildings, ‘Corus’ was built with generous use of exterior granite to integrate itself with the iconic building next door. Built in 2007, ‘Corus’ is one of the tallest buildings in the area and features 61 units ranging from apartments, townhomes, and penthouses with incredible mountain views.
Residents of ‘Corus’ are in close proximity and can enjoy some of UBC’s greatest attractions like the Botanical Gardens, the Nitobe Garden, the Museum of Anthropology, the Rose Garden, and the numerous Pacific Spirit Forest Park trails.
