The Sandpiper was built in 1976. It’s concrete construction and the heating is baseboard hot water – included in the maintenance fee. This freehold building has undergone some major upgrades including windows, exterior work, elevator modernization, and newer common areas. The building has a huge and beautiful garden space on the eastern portion of its large and valuable lot, including a vegetable garden and BBQ. There is also an amenity suite on the main floor that can be booked for parties. Pets are permitted and 15 rentals are allowed. Short term rentals are not permitted.
