Born and raised in London, England, Alec spent the early years of his career developing expertise within the customer service and sales sectors. By age 19, he was successfully running a team of 100+ customer service agents in one of the biggest contact centres in the UK.

While he achieved success leading that team, it was the allure of travelling the world and the pursuit of new ventures that uprooted him from a place in which he felt comfortable to move on to the next chapter of his life and career. After years of travelling the world exploring various cultures and studying many of the word’s most notable cities, he landed back in Vancouver in 2015 with the intent to make it his home. He hit the ground running and built his own healthy meal preparation and delivery business out of a passion for food and fitness. This allowed him to improve the lives of his clients through his passion and expertise in health and wellness. It quickly grew to be one of the biggest meal preparation businesses in Vancouver. Juan Leano handles the various marketing initiative for West Haven Group, including digital content creation, online and social media strategies, brand development campaigns, search engine optimization, analytics, and whatever else the team throws his way!

Juan’s online marketing skills translate to each listing being exposed to a far greater number of prospective buyers than is typical when a listing is posted to the MLS® system alone. He also analyzes marketing reports and campaign analytics, which then allows him to make recommendations and changes accordingly and on the fly since the marketing world is constantly changing and evolving at a rapid pace. To offer an advanced level of marketing to all WHG listings, Juan ensures that all details are managed and executed strategically.

When Juan isn’t focused on facilitating the success of the group’s clients, he enjoys teaching group fitness at SoulCycle and travelling the world. Having lived in seven countries throughout his life, he is always keen to hop on a plane and continue exploring.

Mallory Psihas is the Transaction and Listing Coordinator for the West Haven Group, where she seamlessly manages the logistics of preparing properties for listing, and the administrative components of the transaction when it ultimately sells. Her detail-oriented approach ensures that every client’s experience with the West Haven Group is smooth and seamless.

Being a key component to a top 1% team, Mallory is accustomed to generating and facilitating a high level of transactions. She is highly efficient and is experienced at managing and producing at this pace.

Outside of her real estate work, Mallory is a dog-lover to Bella and partner to Dimitri. She has an interest in fashion, fitness, wine and travel.
